Just because everything is planned for you doesn't mean it will be easy. You still have to put in the work.
Some sessions will be hard, others easy, maybe even boring. Just stay consistent, results will come.

Jobs, Hobbies, Friends, Relationships... and now Weightlifting can take up numerous hours each week.
We'll help with planning but you also have to take care of yourself and your recovery.
Using Resources
This isn't year 4. You're paying us, so make the most of it and take in all the resources and advice you can. We want you to be able to leave us as a better lifter.
