We offer Coaching that extends beyond the confines of an online programming spreadsheet.

It's usually not the percentages that are the issue, it's how you train, and we'll help with all that.

Where?

Train wherever is practical and has a good weightlifting set up. If any special equipment is missing, no stress, we'll work around it.

Try avoid sh*t floors and sh*t bars.

When?

Any 3 months. Thats our Training block.

Then you can go for another block or you could use us as coaching consultants if you prefer a more 'hands off' approach.

Video Feedback

You will have direct contact with your coaches throughout your training block... make the most of it!

Send us videos of good and bad lifts so that we can do our technique analysis and help with any issues.

Personal Bests

We don't guarantee Personal Bests. And any weightlifting program that does needs a serious talking to.

Nothing in sport is guaranteed. Sh*t happens.

What we do.. is set you up for success. Giving you all the tools we wish we had at our disposal.

Direct Chat

We won't be in the gym as you train, but we will be in your back pocket.

What we expect

Hard Trainings

Just because everything is planned for you doesn't mean it will be easy. You still have to put in the work.

Some sessions will be hard, others easy, maybe even boring. Just stay consistent, results will come.  

Lifestyle

Jobs, Hobbies, Friends, Relationships... and now Weightlifting can take up numerous hours each week.

We'll help with planning but you also have to take care of yourself and your recovery.

What can we do for you and your weightlifting?

Think of us as your coaching consultants - we provide guidance, mentorship and do all the boring back end stuff so that you can focus on the part you love: lifting.

We’ll prepare your training program, talk you through our coaching resources and guide you through the process. We tailor your training around your commitments and want to help you get the most out of the hours you’re able to dedicate to weightlifting.

What is our experience?

Our experience is practical, formal and extensive. The coaching team has experience working and lifting with complete beginners right through to international athletes, with a combined experience of over 15 years dedicated to Olympic Weightlifting and over 25 years to sports training and Strength and Conditioning.

Also the usual: MSc and BSc Strength and Conditioning and BWL LV2 coaching accreditations.

Where are we located?

We are predominantly online based so that we can reach you wherever you are. But our base of operations is in Cardiff and Swansea, Wales.
