Shipping

  • is there a shipping estimate?

    We offer a UK flat rate for all domestic shipping and free shipping on all orders over £50.

    If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please drop us a message on hello@stashweightlifting.com – we will be more than happy to find the cheapest postage rates for you based on your order size and weight.

  • do you offer same day delivery?

    We unfortunately can’t offer same day delivery at this time, we aim for all domestic orders to be delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

  • can I change shipping address?

    If you have not yet received a dispatch email please contact us on hello@stashweightlifting.com or via our Instagram social media platform.

    Addresses can be changed if the order has not yet processed, unfortunately we will be unable to change your delivery address if your order has already left our warehouse.

Payment

  • is there a subscription service?

    Stash Weightlifting does not currently offer any subscription services. Maybe something for us to work on...

  • how do i modify payment method?

    All payment methods are displayed at checkout (Paypal, Stripe, Apple pay) . Any issues with payment will be processed by your chosen method.

    If the payment method is unsuccessful, please reorder your item with a different method.

  • do you offer vouchers?

    We do not offer vouchers at this time. But maybe in future...

Refunds

  • can i return an item once opened?

    Yes, as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, returns will be simple.

    We are more than happy for you to try on our products, but please note, we are unable to accept returns if you have trained in/with our products for hygiene reasons.

    Please contact us on hello@stashweightlifting.com or our Instagram social media page for all returns enquiries, we will process your return for you and email you a pre-paid return label along with postage instructions.

    If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, attach a photo of the product and we will be able to help you out!

  • how do i package my item for return?

    We try to minimise our carbon footprint through minimalistic packaging – if you are unhappy with your order, or ordered the wrong size, we are more than happy for these to be returned or exchanged (subject to our T&C’s)

    We will send you postage instruction when you apply for a return. If the original mailer bag you received is still available, please package your products in this, if not, please ensure the products return to us undamaged via an appropriate mailing bag.
