The crop tops have a regular fit that we find runs true to size.
The vest has a flowy relaxed fit and combined with the cut outs can be looser fitting, we recommend going a size down.
With the looser fit of the vest come lots of possibilities for you to express your style. Try tying the lower ends or perhaps do something with the straps, its your choice!
These tops are a regular fit, with soft and lightweight materials - designed with training in mind.
Therefore we recommend taking your usual size to get an athletic fit to the T-shirts.
Should you prefer a more fitted or oversize look, pick and choose accordingly.
The sizes S, M, L, XL reflect regular menswear sizing, we suggest women try 2 full sizes down for a unisex fit. We hope to have the resources to expand the range and accommodate more sizes in future.
These sleeves are a stretch knit allowing them to fit across a broad range of leg sizes. Simply measure your quad circumference using a piece of string/headphone cable etc. to see which size you fall under.
Please note that sizing down may not necessarily provide more compression, and will likely make the sleeve fit less comfortably or slide off the quad.
The S/M variant is slightly shorter than the L/XL. The sleeve naturally srunches slightly after the first use and can be adjusted to your liking.
The wraps come in 2 size options, there is no right or wrong here, anyone can use either size. Choose based off your quad/knee circumference and wrapping preference.
